Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person estimates for residential and commercial painting and drywall projects across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
- Assess project scope, measurements, materials, and labor costs to provide accurate and competitive quotes.
- Close deals on-site whenever possible and follow up on pending proposals via phone, text, and email.
- Manage a daily schedule of appointments and efficiently plan travel routes.
- Perform outbound sales and follow-ups during off-time to convert leads into appointments.
- Educate customers on our services, warranty options, and what makes Paint Bros MA the best choice.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system, tracking all estimates, customer interactions, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or estimating, preferably in painting, drywall, or a related trade.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel required).
- Ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication and closing skills – ability to build trust and guide customers to a decision.
- Highly organized and tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems and digital estimating tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic – driven to hit and exceed sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+ (Base Salary + Commission)
