Sales and marketing leader for a fast growing software startup


About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial executive to develop and execute Pago’s revenue generation and business growth strategies. In this role you will lead our sales and marketing efforts to agribusinesses in the United States. The successful candidate will have a combination of sales business development and general management skills and experience. We are looking for a smart, hardworking, team player who loves to win.


  • Understand the challenges facing agribusinesses related to labor operations and be able to communicate the opportunities for improvements offered by utilizing Pago
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, proactively identifying opportunities to address customer key business objectives
  • Establish and maintain positive and long lasting relationships with customer stakeholders and decision makers
  • Prepare and present sales presentations and product demos that help customers understand the operational and economic value of Pago
  • Manage the content and creation of sales and marketing collateral including the Pago website, email campaigns, case studies, product brochures, etc.
  • Represent Pago at industry events and trade shows
  • Develop and manage Pago’s software sales cycle processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reports
  • Attract, develop, and retain high performing Pago team members; build future leaders through mentoring and serving as a role model
  • Support the CEO, coworkers and shareholders in creating the industry leader in workforce and harvest management software


  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant agriculture industry experience and proven results in business development and/or sales management for enterprise software or related technologies
  • Proven self-starter with initiative who has a sense of urgency in making and achieving goals
  • Potential and desire to grow into more senior management role
  • Bonus if you have have experience in human resources, and if you can speak Spanish
