We seek an experienced and passionate Padel Coach to join our team part-time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the game, excellent coaching skills, and a strong desire to inspire and develop players of all levels. You will be responsible for conducting high-quality training sessions, offering personalized feedback, and helping to grow our padel community while representing the Padel39 brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching: Provide individual and group coaching sessions for players of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Program Development: Assist director of padel in developing and implementing training programs, clinics, and events to enhance player skills and engagement.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in club events, tournaments, and activities to foster a welcoming and inclusive padel community.
• Safety and Maintenance: Ensure the safety of all participants during sessions and maintain the quality and cleanliness of the padel courts and equipment.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Club Management on player progress, session outcomes, and any relevant feedback or issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience in padel or a related racket sport.
• Certification: Relevant coaching certification in padel or tennis is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages and skill levels.
• Professional, punctual, and reliable.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to conduct active coaching sessions for extended periods.
