Description

About Padel39

Padel39 is on a mission to make padel a mainstream American sport, and to be the brand that leads it. Padel is the fastest-growing sport in the world, and we are building the premium, community-first clubs that bring it to life. Our clubs are more than courts. They are social hubs with hospitality, fitness, and coffee built in, where players come to compete, connect, and belong. We are growing fast and building something category-defining, and we want people who are here to help build a sport, not just fill a job.

About the Role

This is the seat that goes out and sells Padel39. You will build and close three revenue lines: brand sponsorships of our clubs and programming, corporate accounts that bring their teams and clients to us, and strategic partnerships that put our name where our future members already are. You will carry a number, own your pipeline end to end, and be the face of Padel39 in the market. This role is external by design. You are out of the office, in front of people, building the relationships that grow a brand.

What You'll Own

Sell

  • Build and sell club and programming sponsorship packages to local, regional, and national brands.
  • Source and close corporate accounts for team events, client entertaining, and group programming.
  • Source and close strategic partnerships across hospitality, wellness, real estate, sports, and local business.
  • Carry and hit a quarterly revenue number.
  • Own your CRM: pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and weekly reporting.

Build

  • Package and price our sponsorship inventory: courts, tournaments, leagues, programming, events, and digital.
  • Build the corporate partnerships playbook so it repeats in every market we enter.
  • Establish partner relationships in new markets ahead of club openings.
  • Represent Padel39 across the Austin and Dallas business communities, at industry events, and in local business organizations.

Deliver

  • Hand off closed business cleanly to our events and operations teams, and stay accountable through execution.
  • Own sponsor and partner renewals, and grow accounts year over year.
  • Report on partnership performance and deliver what was sold.

What We're Looking For

  • Three or more years in sponsorship, partnerships, sales, or business development with a number you carried and hit.
  • Proven closes. You can walk us through deals you sourced, negotiated, and signed.
  • Premium lifestyle or experiential background required: private clubs, boutique hospitality, sports, festivals, venues, wellness, or lifestyle brands. You understand how a premium brand sells without discounting itself.
  • Comfortable prospecting cold. You do not wait for inbound.
  • Contract fluency. You can build a proposal, negotiate terms, and know when to escalate.
  • CRM discipline and honest forecasting.
  • Presence and polish. You will be in front of executives, brand partners, and members.
  • Austin based, with travel to Dallas and future markets. Evenings and weekends when events call for it.

Benefits and Perks

  • Health insurance, 10 days of paid time off, and training and development support.
  • Free padel membership, and access to events and community programming.
  • Compensation includes a competitive base plus performance incentives, discussed during the interview process.

Growth Path

This seat scales with the footprint. As we open new markets, the person who built these revenue lines grows into leading them.
