We seek an experienced and engaging Bartender to create a vibrant and social atmosphere for our members and guests.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and well-stocked. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment where sports and socializing meet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix and serve various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, following recipes and customer preferences.
• Customer Service: Welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Offer recommendations on drinks and cater to special requests.
• Bar Operations: Ensure the bar is fully stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies. Restock items as needed and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar and surrounding areas tidy, organized, and inviting. Regularly clean counters, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Cash Handling and Payments: Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system. Handle cash and credit cards and manage tabs effectively.
• Alcohol Compliance: Adhere to all local alcohol laws, including checking identification and monitoring alcohol consumption responsibly.
• Event Support: Provide bartending services during club events, tournaments, and social functions. Manage increased customer volume while maintaining high service standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with café staff, front desk associates, and management to ensure smooth operations across the club and a great experience for all members.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and above 21

Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience as a bartender or mixologist in a bar, restaurant, or club setting is required.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Mixology Expertise: Proficient in preparing various drinks, including cocktails and classics. Familiarity with popular drink recipes is a plus.
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and effectively during busy periods, handling multiple orders while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Team Player: Able to work well with other club staff and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Responsibility: Must be knowledgeable of and compliant with alcohol service laws. Must meet the legal drinking age to serve alcohol in [Insert Location].
• Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
