Job Overview:


PACT Construction Services LLC seeks a self-motivated, high-energy, results-focused Water & Fire Mitigation Supervisor to join our growing team. As a Water & Fire Mitigation Supervisor, you will oversee and manage water damage restoration projects, ensuring efficient and timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage water damage restoration projects from start to finish
  • Assess the extent of water damage and develop restoration plans
  • Supervise restoration teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Utilize power tools for restoration tasks and hand tools for detailed work
  • Conduct mold remediation as needed
  • Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Document project progress, expenses, and completion reports

Skills:

  • Proficiency in the restoration industry with a focus on water damage restoration
  • Experience in fire restoration and mold remediation is advantageous
  • Ability to use power tools effectively for building and cleaning tasks
  • Strong knowledge of asbestos abatement procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure quality workmanship

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Restoration industry experience (required)
  • IICRC certification (preferred)
  • Pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check (required)
  • Valid driver’s license (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
