• Proven experience working as a front desk agent or customer service background
• Basic computer proficiency with preferred knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with members and co-workers
• Passionate about fitness
• Strong listener with the ability to problem solve
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
• Reliable and Punctual
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Background Check is required
• CPR/AED+First Aid Certification required within 30 days of employment
Physical Demands
• continuous standing and walking
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Continuous interaction both in person or on the phone
• Required to handle EPA registered disinfectants while using the proper PPE
$17.5 - $18.5 per hour
