The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Construction Laborer who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and understands the importance of doing things the right way. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong construction background, works well with a team, and wants to be part of a company that values quality over quantity.

You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including custom home construction, remodels, and residential maintenance. We value team members who are dependable, take initiative, and consistently produce high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of residential construction projects
• Support skilled trades and project teams to ensure jobs are completed efficientlyand correctly
• Perform site preparation, material handling, demolition, cleanup, and general construction tasks
• Assist with repairs, maintenance, and custom home projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Operate tools safely and responsibly
• Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners when needed
• Take pride in the quality and appearance of completed work

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman-level construction experience
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, motivated, and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and continue improving skills
• Ability to follow directions and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience with custom home construction is preferred, but we are interested in skilled construction professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to quality workmanship.
