Salary Range: Base salary plus percentage of collections
- Assess patients' dental conditions and create comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform advanced dental procedures, such as designing, creating, and placing dental prostheses, implants, and full mouth comprehensive restorations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for patients
- Educate and consult with patients regarding oral health and available treatment options
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in prosthodontic techniques and technology
- Adhere to industry regulations, including infection control and safety protocols
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a Prosthodontics residency program
- Valid state dental license
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of prosthodontic procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Up-to-date with the latest research and developments in prosthodontics
