Description

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Platform Management

  • Manage and support the infrastructure and platform services that power the enterprise data architecture.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of data systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Assist in the onboarding of business roles and external resources to the enterprise data platform.
  • Monitor system health, perform backups, and manage software updates.
  • Provide system support to ensure smooth operations of the data platform technology components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and security issues, including performing root cause analysis and providing timely fixes for failures.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, changes, security settings, and backup procedures.
  • Manage system updates and upgrades, including data platform enhancements to improve performance or add new capabilities.


Strategic Consulting

  • Advise customers on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models, identifying pain points, crafting future-state processes, and aligning solutions to business goals.
  • Design and implement tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly into customers’ existing environments, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Assess business workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and compliance.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes, ensuring solutions deliver value beyond implementation.


Stakeholder Engagement & Training

  • Communicate effectively with executive leaders, technical teams, and end users, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Lead training sessions, develop user adoption strategies, and ensure seamless transitions for new tools and processes.
  • Support onboarding of external vendors, contractors, and partners by ensuring smooth integration into the data platform.


Project Execution & Support

  • Engage in the full solution lifecycle—from initial discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for additional services, expanding the impact of Oxalis’ solutions.


Security & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce security measures, including configuring user access, encryption protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulations regarding data security.
  • Conduct regular reviews of security protocols and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Generate security and compliance reports to support audits and internal reviews.


Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Set up automated monitoring for system health, performance, and capacity.
  • Provide regular performance and resource utilization reports.
  • Maintain logs of system support, maintenance activities, and incident resolutions.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve platform capabilities and user satisfaction.


Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, business analysis, or solution architecture.
  • Experience managing and maintaining enterprise systems, including cloud.
  • Experience with data management platforms, database administration, and security protocols.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and automation, using tools such as Excel or scripting languages.
  • Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, diverse teams and foster strong client relationships.


Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Align, Bitbucket, Trello, Compass).
  • One or more Atlassian Certified Professional certifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, ITSM) and certifications from Scrum Alliance, SAFe, or ITIL.


Salary

$89,000 - $115,000 per year
