As a Senior Solutions Consultant, IFS Specialist at Oxalis, you will guide customers through the design, configuration, and implementation of IFS Cloud and legacy IFS ERP solutions. Your expertise in business process optimization, module configuration, and integration will drive meaningful transformation across industries such as maritime, manufacturing, and aerospace and defense.
This role combines deep technical knowledge with customer-focused delivery. You will collaborate with Oxalis teams and customer stakeholders to lead successful IFS implementations, ensuring customers achieve measurable results while adopting scalable, modern ERP processes.

Key Responsibilities
- IFS Implementation and Technical Delivery
- Lead the implementation of IFS ERP systems, including IFS Cloud and legacy versions (IFS 7, IFS 10).
- Gather and document customer requirements, mapping them to IFS modules and functionalities.
- Design and configure standard and custom IFS solutions to support customer workflows and organizational goals.
- Perform system configuration, data migration, and integration with third-party platforms (e.g., barcoding, shop floor tools, financial systems).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and performance issues, ensuring system integrity and alignment with service-level expectations.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configuration, issue resolution, and client-specific knowledge.
- Business Process Optimization and Customer Impact
- Analyze and assess current-state business processes, identifying areas for improvement through IFS adoption.
- Design future-state workflows that align business goals with IFS capabilities.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on change management, user adoption, and enterprise system rollout.
- Support customers with ongoing solution support, application training, and knowledge transfer, enabling sustained impact.
- Deliver high-quality customer-facing presentations, training materials, and system documentation.
- Project Management and Collaboration
- Lead or support IFS projects across the full engagement lifecycle—from scoping and design through delivery and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate across customer teams, fellow Oxalis consultants, and third-party providers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including project sponsors and system users.
- Promote best practices in ERP implementation methodologies, governance, and technical change control.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in ERP consulting, systems integration, or enterprise application support, with a strong focus on IFS Applications.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring modules across:
- Manufacturing, including Shop Floor, Material Planning, and Quality
- Supply Chain Management
- Project Management, including Resource Management and Risk Management
- Finance Management, including Asset Management (EAM)
- Strong understanding of enterprise processes in one or more of Oxalis’ core industries: maritime, manufacturing, aerospace and defense.
- Ability to design and implement tailored ERP solutions that integrate with customer-specific processes and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related fields.
