Duties

  • Consult with customers on various operating models such as service management, Agile delivery, and portfolio management. Identify improvement opportunities, provide expert guidance on industry trends, craft future state processes, and align solutions to organization goals.
  • Analyze and assess business processes, systems, and workflows, identify gaps, prioritize process improvements, and establish clear criteria for customer’s evaluation of various solutions and approaches. Perform current state analysis.
  • Architect tailored solutions to unique customer needs, design system integrations involving complex environments and workflows, and establish validation criteria for successful implementations and migrations.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering high-value solutions, relentlessly pursuing measurable outcomes, and consistently going above and beyond.
  • Communicate ideas and recommendations clearly, build trust through empathy and active listening, and present effectively to diverse stakeholders, including executive-level customers.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, customer-facing deliverables and presentations, ensuring alignment with the company's commitment to quality and customer focus.
  • Engage in full solution lifecycle, from initial scoping to post-implementation support, including workflow design, system configuration, deep product configuration, solution and application troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Elicit requirements and interview key stakeholders to understand and elaborate business system requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Configure and administer tailored business systems to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless application integration and alignment with future roadmaps.
  • Lead and execute application training, communicate effectively with end users, coordinate change management initiatives and the rollout of new processes and tools, ensuring adoption and mastery of key business systems.
  • Perform multifaceted roles in customer engagements, encompassing analyst, consultant, trainer, and project manager tasks.
  • Closely collaborate with account leaders and sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, expand the value delivered to customers, and strategize up-selling additional services while continuously promoting company capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Five years or more work experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise SaaS solutions for business users.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, and ability to travel to company and customer sites from time to time.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience in Atlassian products. One or more Atlassian Certified Professional certification.
  • Demonstrable experience in applying Agile concepts and work in relevant frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile, ITSM). Certification and accreditation from organizations such as Scrum Alliance, SAFe, and ITIL.
  • Hands-on knowledge of project management concepts and tools, including planning, estimation, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications. Project Management Professional certification.
  • Proven ability to manipulate and transform data with scripting tools or in business tools such as Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and delight customers.

This role is a remote role for individuals residing in the United States, however we strongly prefer individuals living in or near Sacramento, CA; Detroit, MI; Portland, OR; Austin, TX; and St Louis, MO.

Salary

$115,000 - $145,000 per year
