As a Senior Jira Align Solutions Consultant at Oxalis, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way our customers manage and scale their Agile practices. Description
Duties
Customer Engagement and Consulting:
- Consult with customers to understand their Agile and strategic goals, identify pain points, and design tailored Jira Align solutions.
- Lead client engagements and project delivery, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices and customer objectives.
- Build trust and foster teamwork through clear communication and active listening.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Architect scalable Jira Align solutions that meet enterprise needs and integrate seamlessly with the customer’s technology ecosystem, including Jira Software and other tools.
- Drive technical implementations and configurations of Jira Align to support enterprise Agile best practices.
- Document and share deliverables with internal and customer stakeholders, maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and value realization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.
- Provide thought leadership within communities of practice, championing Jira Align and Agile methodologies.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
- Monitor and adhere to project timelines, voicing delivery risks and offering solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables align with Oxalis core values and quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize processes, leveraging data to identify trends and improve solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- Seven years of technical experience with Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Align.
- Five years of customer-facing consulting experience, with a focus on enterprise Agile solutions.
- Expertise in designing scalable Jira Align solutions for large, complex organizations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and align solutions with organizational goals.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practice Consultant (SPC) certification
- Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Atlassian Agile at Scale Technical Sales Professional certification.
- Atlassian Agile at Scale Sales Professional certifications.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of project management concepts and tools, including planning, estimation, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications.
- Proven ability to manipulate and transform data with scripting tools or in business tools such as Excel.
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and delight customers.
- Excel at working collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Commitment to owning your path, your work, and your relationships.
- Reside within Sacramento, California, or immediately surrounding areas, and ability to work within Sacramento at customer sites.
