Duties
- Lead and mentor teams of consultants and technical specialists, guiding them to solve high-impact problems and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Oversee and manage multiple client engagements, taking full ownership of project outcomes and ensuring successful execution.
- Consult on Enterprise Service Management, Agile at Scale, Project Portfolio Management operating models, identifying pain points and providing expert guidance to align solutions with client goals.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and establish evaluation criteria for solutions.
- Design and architect tailored solutions, including system integrations and migrations, with clear criteria for validation and success.
- Deliver high-value solutions that exceed customer expectations, using a customer-focused approach to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executive-level customers, through clear presentations and active listening.
- Develop and deliver high-quality, customer-facing deliverables and presentations, ensuring alignment with our commitment to quality.
- Manage the full solution lifecycle, from initial scoping and design to post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other Oxalis leaders in leading the operations of our business and contribute directly to the growth of Oxalis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant work experience will also be considered.
- At least eight years of experience in customer-facing roles with proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel to company and customer sites as needed.
- Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to be on-site with customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, and Guard.
- Hands-on experience with IFS products and modules in both remote and cloud deployments.
- Demonstrated experience applying Agile concepts and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, and ITSM.
- Certifications and accreditations in Atlassian, IFS, SAFe, ITIL, and PMP.
- Proficiency in project management concepts and tools, including planning, estimation, and risk management.
- Ability to manipulate and transform data using scripting tools or business tools like Excel.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively within diverse teams.

This role is a remote role for individuals residing in the United States, however we strongly prefer individuals living in or near Sacramento, CA; Detroit, MI; Portland, OR; Austin, TX; and St Louis, MO.
