  • Develop software solutions and applications to solve Oxalis and customer business problems through a deep understanding of customer needs, improvement opportunities, and the technical capabilities of the available systems.
  • Directly interact with customer and their staff to elicit requirements and to provide technical analysis of needs, data, systems, and existing technology.
  • Assist in the architecture and design of tailored software solutions to meet unique customer needs, supporting system integrations involving complex environments and workflows, such as AWS, Azure, and low-code platforms like Atlassian Forge.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering valuable software solutions and pursuing measurable outcomes, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Communicate technical ideas and recommendations effectively, build trust through empathy and active listening, and present to diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences. Prepare and deliver readouts to customers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality, customer-facing deliverables and presentations, ensuring alignment with the company's commitment to quality and customer focus.
  • Participate in the software development lifecycle, from initial scoping to post-implementation support, including workflow design, system configuration, software deployment, quality assurance, deployment, and issue resolution.
  • Support the configuration and administration of software systems to meet customer needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Play multifaceted roles in customer engagements, supporting the tasks of software developer, consultant, and analyst.
  • Collaborate with account leaders and the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, and promote the firm's technical and software development capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Five years or more work experience in developing software.
  • Two years or more work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Good analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, and ability to travel to company and customer sites from time to time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in Typescript, Javascript or similar technologies.
  • Five or more years experience with AWS and Azure, or similar cloud provider.
  • Knowledge of application and data security, authentication, access control, and rights management. Experience in environments that comply with HIPPA, PCI, NIST 800-171, and FedRamp greatly preferred.
  • Experience architecting and designing solutions across cloud, SaaS, on-premise, and end-user devices.
  • Experience in Atlassian Forge or similar low-code platform.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, and Access.
  • Experience or understanding of Agile concepts and work in relevant frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, ITSM).
  • Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
