Duties
- Assist in consulting with customers on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models, identify pain points and improvement opportunities, and provide insights on industry trends.
- Support the analysis and assessment of business processes, systems, and workflows, identify gaps, help prioritize process improvements, and establish clear criteria for customer’s evaluation of various solutions and approaches.
- Support the architecture of tailored solutions to unique customer needs, assist in the design of system integrations involving complex environments and workflows, and establish validation criteria for successful implementations and migrations.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high-value solutions and consistently going above and beyond.
- Communicate ideas and recommendations clearly, build trust through empathy and active listening, and present effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and delivering high-quality, customer-facing deliverables and presentations, ensuring alignment with the company's commitment to quality and customer focus.
- Participate in the full solution lifecycle, from initial scoping to post-implementation support, including workflow design, system configuration, and issue resolution.
- Support in eliciting requirements and interviewing key stakeholders to understand and elaborate business system requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
- Assist in configuring and administering tailored business systems to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless application integration and alignment with future roadmaps.
- Assist in executing application training, communicate effectively with end users, coordinate change management initiatives and the rollout of new processes and tools, ensuring adoption and mastery of key business systems.
- Perform multifaceted roles in customer engagements, encompassing analyst, consultant, and project assistant tasks.
- Collaborate closely with account leaders and sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, expand the value delivered to customers, and strategize up-selling additional services while continuously promoting company capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or a related field, or relevant professional or military experience.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a remote environment, and ability to travel to company and customer sites from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, and Access.
- Interest in Agile concepts and work in relevant frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, ITSM).
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts and tools, including planning, estimation, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications.

This role is a remote role for individuals residing in the United States, however we strongly prefer individuals living in or near Sacramento, CA; Detroit, MI; Portland, OR; Austin, TX; and St Louis, MO.
