To be considered for any position with Overtime Commercial Cleaning, the following are mandatory:

• Reliable Transportation:
• All applicants must have their own dependable vehicle. Many of our job sites are not accessible via public transportation, and punctuality is a must.
• Work Experience:
• Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of professional cleaning experience in one or more of the following settings:
• Commercial office buildings
• Medical or hospital environments
• Hotels or hospitality
• Industrial or manufacturing facilities

We’re looking for individuals who already understand the standards of professional cleaning, know how to work independently, and take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.

🧼 Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

As a Cleaning Technician with Overtime Commercial Cleaning, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our clients. Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Dusting and disinfecting surfaces, furniture, and high-touch areas
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other supplies
• Following safety protocols, including proper chemical use
• Reporting any maintenance or supply issues to supervisors

Please note: Some job sites are more labor-intensive and may require extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks. Applicants should be prepared to work in environments that may involve large square footage, high-traffic areas, or hot indoor/outdoor job sites, including facilities under construction. These conditions are especially common during warmer months or in buildings with limited or no air conditioning.

📋 Requirements:

We’re looking for dependable individuals who understand the importance of clean, well-maintained spaces. To qualify, applicants must have:

• 2–3 years of janitorial experience in commercial, medical, hospitality, or industrial cleaning
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality results
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends, if needed
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• A clean criminal background (mandatory background check)
• Accurate and verifiable work references
