Overflow in Mooresville, NC is looking for part time team members to join our team. We are located in LangTree Lake Norman. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Check in customers/guests
• Take part in providing exceptional customer experiences
• Respect all team members
• Must be promptly on time for every shift (on time is early!)
• Change out kegs
• Maintaining a clean and presentable space

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused bar
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Must be 21 years of age or older to taste test and become product knowledgeable
• No experience necessary (Prior customer service experience preferred)
