Location: Remote | Preferred: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT | Full Time 35 - 40 Hours/Week

Position Summary

Ovadia Heart Health is growing, and we’re looking for confident, service-minded phone pros to convert warm leads into delighted customers. No cold calling—you’ll engage exclusively with inbound or pre-qualified prospects.


  • Connect & qualify: Speak with interested prospects, confirm details, and guide them through next steps.
  • Close with care: Conduct needs-based conversations for high-ticket offerings and move qualified buyers to a confident “yes.”
  • Deliver white-glove service: Keep communications crisp, professional, and on-brand across calls, SMS, and email.
  • Stay sharp: Maintain call systems/equipment and continuously level up on product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Hit goals: Consistently meet or exceed activity, conversion, and revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Outstanding phone presence and clear, persuasive verbal communication.
  • Active listening skills and fast, accurate data entry.
  • Relationship-building finesse, customer focus, and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism under pressure and strong multitasking.
  • Nice to have: Experience in call centers, SDR/BDR roles, or high-ticket sales.
