Ovadia Heart Health is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Strategist to support and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health education, content strategy, audience engagement, and data-driven social media marketing. The Social Media Strategist will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute content initiatives, support brand growth, and help educate audiences through engaging and compliant healthcare-related content.

Position Details

  • Part-Time W-2 Employee
  • Remote Position
  • Approximately 15-20 hours per week
  • Bonus potential $25 for every qualified and verified lead closed

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute day-to-day social media operations across Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with company branding and marketing goals
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent social media strategy and content calendar
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities for audience growth
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on campaigns, promotions, launches, and educational content
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with video content organization and optimization
  • Support paid social advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, ad setup, monitoring, and optimization
  • Ensure all content aligns with healthcare compliance standards and brand voice

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube best practices
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with paid social advertising is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with Canva, Asana, Meta Business Suite or similar content creation tools is preferred
