Ovadia Heart Health Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist Remote · Part time Company website

The Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Ovadia Heart Health's digital technology ecosystem. This is a hands-on systems role that combines marketing technology, CRM management, automation, website management, digital marketing, and integrations. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys figuring out how systems work, identifying inefficiencies, and creating solutions that improve our team's efficiency. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable asking: "How can we automate this?" and then figuring out how to make it happen. You will be responsible for maintaining our two websites and several landing pages, supporting our CRM and marketing automation systems, building workflows and integrations, and helping us transition to a more scalable technology infrastructure.

Description

What We're Looking For

The right person will be:

A problem solver. You don't need to be told exactly how to fix something. You investigate, research, test, and find a solution.

Technically curious. Technology changes quickly, and you're excited to learn new platforms and tools.

Automation-minded. When you see someone doing something manually over and over, your first thought is, "Can we automate this?"

Detail-oriented. A small error in a CRM workflow, website form, or automation can have a significant impact.

Self-directed. You can take ownership of a project and move it forward without constant supervision.

Business-minded. You understand that technology exists to support the business, improve the customer experience, and help the team accomplish more.

A strong communicator. You can explain technical issues to non-technical people and work effectively with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Administrative teams.
