What You’ll Do
Connect With Warm Leads
- Respond promptly to new inbound and pre-qualified leads.
- Contact prospects by phone, SMS, and email.
- Build rapport and create a positive first impression of Ovadia Heart Health.
- Engage prospects in a friendly, professional, and conversational manner.
Qualify Prospects
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand a prospect’s health goals, challenges, motivation, and interest in our programs.
- Determine whether the prospect is a potential fit for Ovadia Heart Health.
- Confirm that prospects understand the purpose of the consultation and are prepared to have a meaningful conversation with a closer.
- Identify potential concerns or barriers and communicate relevant information clearly.
- Avoid simply booking appointments—focus on scheduling qualified prospects who are likely to show and engage.
Schedule Appointments
- Schedule qualified prospects directly onto the appropriate closer’s calendar.
- Ensure appointments are scheduled accurately and with the appropriate team member.
- Clearly communicate appointment details and expectations to prospects.
- Help maximize appointment show rates through timely reminders and follow-up.
Follow Up
- Follow up consistently with prospects who do not initially respond or who are not ready to schedule.
- Re-engage prospects who previously expressed interest.
- Maintain organized follow-up activity within our CRM and sales systems.
Support the Sales Team
- Provide closers with accurate and useful information about each scheduled prospect.
- Clearly document conversations, qualification details, and relevant notes in the CRM.
- Communicate important prospect information to the appropriate closer.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve lead conversion and the overall prospect experience.
Hit Performance Goals
- Consistently meet or exceed goals for lead response time, conversations, qualified appointments, show rate, and other key performance metrics.
- Take ownership of your results and continuously look for ways to improve.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and performance development.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive performance-based compensation structure designed to reward both consistent appointment setting and quality leads that convert into clients.
- Base: $22/hour
- Completed Appointment Set: $20 for each qualified appointment that is scheduled and completed with the assigned closer
- No-Show Appointment: $10 for each qualified appointment that is scheduled but does not show
- Closed-Sale Bonus: Additional 1% bonus on collected revenue when the assigned closer makes a sale from an appointment you set and payment is successfully collected
This structure provides the opportunity to increase your earnings based on both appointment volume and the quality of the prospects you schedule.

Preferred Experience
- Appointment setting or inside sales experience.
- SDR/BDR or call center experience.
- Experience working with inbound or warm leads.
- Healthcare, wellness, nutrition, fitness, or other health-related experience.
- Experience using a CRM and sales communication platforms.
- Experience scheduling consultations or appointments for a sales team.
Prior healthcare or sales experience is helpful, but not required. We’re most interested in someone who is personable, driven, coachable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
