What We’re Looking For:

We need a B2B Sales Rockstar who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, hit the phones, and get out there to meet customers face-to-face. You’ll be on the front lines, helping us grow our customer base and spreading the word about how Outpave can make life easier for our clients. Here’s what we need:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach: You’ll be making those calls and getting in touch with potential clients. No fear, just grit. Plus, you’ll be meeting clients in person, understanding their needs, and closing deals.

Community Building: Attend and represent Outpave at tradeshows, networking events, and help build a strong community around our product.

Pipeline Development: You’ll be working and developing a robust sales pipeline. Follow-ups, nurturing leads, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Industry Expertise: We love folks who know their stuff. Experience in construction, trades, or similar fields is a big plus.

Sales Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, but most importantly, we want someone with the passion and fire to help us build a customer base from the ground up.

What You Bring:

Drive: You’re motivated, relentless, and always looking for ways to close the next deal.

Communication: You know how to talk to people and get your point across, whether it’s over the phone, via email, or in person.

Organization: You can juggle multiple tasks, keep your pipeline in check, and never miss a follow-up.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (we use HubSpot), and basic office software.
