Outova, headquartered in the Dallas/Fort Worth (Texas), Texas market, we are seeking a talented Inside Sales Manager.  

 

Position Overview: 

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high performing inside sales team focused on driving revenue through inbound and outbound channels. This role ensures the team meets or exceeds sales targets, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and supports the growth of both new and existing business accounts. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage and coach a team of inside sales representatives to exceed performance targets including revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and market dynamics. 
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics (calls, emails, conversion rates, order values, etc.) to optimize team performance. 
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure effective lead generation, promotions, and customer communications. 
  • Handle escalated customer or sales issues with professionalism and resolve complex inquiries. 
  • Implement and enforce CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accurate data entry and pipeline management. 
  • Develop and maintain scripts, templates, and playbooks to improve consistency and performance. 
  • Create and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership, with recommendations for improvement. 
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and nurturing key accounts. 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role. 
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams to meet or exceed quotas in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools. 
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling. 
  • Background in outdoor living, home improvement, or building materials industries is a plus.

Physical Activities: 

Daily activity includes but is not limited to: 

  • Frequent use of computer, phone, and video conferencing tools. 
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while performing office-related tasks. 
  • Occasional lifting of up to 45 lbs for product samples, trade show materials, or office equipment. 
  • Periodic travel to company headquarters or events.
