Outdoor Adventure Retreats is seeking a seasonal Work Camper Couple to join our team at Wanee Lake Golf & RV Park. Start Date: As soon as possible!

End Date: Mid-September (flexible)

If it's a great fit, this can become a recurring seasonal position every spring/summer.

Duties: 

Golf Course Maintenance & Landscaping Work Camper:

This position involves general groundskeeping duties, including mowing, edging, weed-eating, landscaping, and maintaining the overall appearance of the property, including parts of the golf course and surrounding areas. Prior mowing/landscaping experience is required. Golf course experience is a plus but not required. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Front Desk & Customer Service Work Camper:

In this position, you will be the welcoming face of our park, managing the front desk operations with a focus on exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include processing customer transactions, handling reservations, answering inquiries over the phone and in person, managing inventory, and providing guests with information about the park's amenities and services. Your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will contribute to a positive guest experience and the overall success of our park.

Compensation, Hours & Amenities: $10-12/hr based on experience. Approximately 25-35 hours per person per week. All hours paid + share of tips. One FHU (30/50amp) RV space will be reserved for you free of charge. Free campground wi-fi and use of campground bathhouse.

Requirements: Applicants should (1) own their own rig, (2) be able to pass a background check, (3) have a great attitude and work ethic, and (4) be a team player willing to pitch in other miscellaneous tasks that may arise!

**Note:** This position offers opportunities for long-term career growth with Outdoor Adventure Retreats. Previous work campers have been promoted to General Manager positions within our organization.
