Position Overview

Outdoor Adventure Retreats is seeking a Work Camper Couple to assist with marina/maintenance operations and front desk/customer service at Cotton Patch Landing. This role is ideal for couples who are reliable, friendly, and enjoy hands-on work in a campground and marina setting.


  • Commitment: Minimum 6 months, however the ideal candidates are interesting in staying and growing with us long-term (starting asap)
  • Hours: 25–40 hours/week


This role offers opportunities for long-term growth—past work campers have been promoted to General Manager positions within our organization.


Duties

Marina & Maintenance:

  • Assist with marina and boat storage operations
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs on facilities and grounds
  • Maintain cleanliness and overall appeal of campground and marina
  • Support daily operations

Front Desk & Customer Service:

  • Welcome guests and manage check-ins/outs
  • Handle reservations, store register and inventory
  • Answer questions in person and over the phone
  • Provide information on amenities, activities, and local attractions

Compensation & Perks

  • $12/hour
  • Free full-hookup RV site (30/50 amp)

Requirements

  • Own your own RV or travel trailer
  • Pass a background check
  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Willing to help with miscellaneous campground tasks
  • One partner: marina/boat and maintenance experience
  • One partner: front desk/customer service experience
