As a Lead Boat Repair Technician at Cotton Patch Landing, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and passion for marine craftsmanship. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team on a contractor basis at Cotton Patch Landing marina.

**Job Overview:**

As the Lead Boat Repair Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of boat repair tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of our clients' vessels. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services to meet the needs of our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Diagnosing and repairing various types of boats

- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on boat engines, electrical systems, and hulls

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their repair needs and provide recommendations

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

- Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a boat repair technician

- Strong knowledge of marine systems, engines, and hull construction

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Certification or training in marine mechanics is preferred

Compensation: $50 to $75 per hour depending on experience
