In this strategic role, you will manage a robust portfolio of mid-market accounts while aggressively building a new business pipeline. You will be responsible for defining the sales strategy, forecasting growth, and acting as the bridge between client needs and our internal product development. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and is a member of our dynamic growth team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed sales plans and sales forecasts
  • Travel to meet with clients, prospects, and partners
  • Manage a large portfolio of mid-market accounts
  • Consistently meet quarterly and annual targets
  • Understand competitive solutions and Osa Commerce differentiators
  • Drive active sales cycles while building a new business pipeline through prospecting and relationship building with top-tier clients
  • Be the leader, manage, and direct a sales strategy that allows for customers, channels, and Osa Commerce to win
  • Summarize product feedback gathered from customer meetings and act as an advocate for our customers with internal development and product teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eCommerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices


What you will bring:

  • Experience working with a fast-growth technology company, strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of complex Mid-Market Software sales experience is required
  • Experience in eCommerce, 3PLs or related fields, strongly preferred
  • Experience working with a SaaS or platform product, preferred
  • Comfortable presenting to leadership and in a large group
  • Ability to be strategic, but still roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Some travel for key customer meetings and events
  • Knowledge of eCommerce, supply chain space is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to operate in a rapidly-changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a cadence of delivering consistent results
  • Previous sales process & methodology training


What will set you apart:

  • BA/BS Degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrable successful experience closing B2B SaaS products with complex discovery processes in supply chain industries (e.g., WMS, ERP, TMS, OMS, etc).
