Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist (PT Degree Required) or eligible candidate to join our dynamic healthcare team in Queensbury, NY. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, relieve pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• New York State Physical Therapist license in good standing or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care with a genuine desire to help individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' medical history and perform a thorough physical assessment to develop a personalized treatment plan.
• Develop and implement effective and evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address patients' individual needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy, exercises, and other therapeutic modalities to improve patients functional abilities and promote recovery.
• Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise and preventative measures.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques, research and trends to enhance clinical practice
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting patients rights and dignity.
