About OrthoBerry

OrthoBerry is a unified, AI-powered practice management platform built for orthodontic practices. Our flagship product, BerryStudio, brings together tools for patient intake, task management, treatment planning, insurance workflows, and revenue tracking — all in one place.

In addition to our software, we offer specialized services such as insurance verification, reconciliation, accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups, and financial reporting. Our RCM module, BerryCollect, helps orthodontic practices stay financially organized by keeping their ledgers accurate, payments tracked, and unpaid balances followed up on — combining smart systems with human oversight.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented RCM Associate to lead the operational work for BerryCollect. You’ll manage daily financial processes such as reconciling payments, maintaining ledgers, and following up on outstanding balances for our partner practices. You’ll also prepare and review financial summaries and reports that help practices understand their collections and revenue flow.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, understanding patterns in financial data, and keeping operations clean, compliant, and on track.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Reconcile payments received with expected amounts in the system
  • Maintain clear and accurate ledgers for assigned orthodontic practices
  • Identify and follow up on unpaid patient or insurance balances
  • Generate monthly reports on collections, Accounts Receivables (AR) status, and payment trends
  • Conduct internal audits of posted payments and escalate discrepancies when needed

Client Coordination

  • Serve as the daily point of contact for assigned practices using BerryCollect
  • Join regular check-in calls to review financial reports and address payment concerns
  • Help practice teams understand reports, ledgers, and AR follow-ups
  • Escalate ongoing issues such as denials or underpayments to the appropriate teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background or exposure to commerce, accounting, economics, or strong analytical skills
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (Power BI is a plus)
  • Familiarity with RCM terminologies and AR metrics like Days in AR, Aging Buckets, Collection Rates, etc.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and spoken

What You’ll Get

  • A high-impact role where your work directly affects US orthodontic offices
  • Flexibility to work remotely with a collaborative and mission-driven team
  • Opportunity to grow into broader RCM, operations, or client success roles
