🚀 We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager at OrthoBerry!Â
This is a remote, full-time role — perfect for someone who loves working closely with customers, solving real problems, and being their go-to person for anything they need.Â
You’ll work directly with orthodontic practices across the US — helping them get started, guiding them through product walkthroughs, setting things up to fit their workflow, and being their biggest champion within our team.Â
What you’ll doÂ
- Onboard new practices — send agreements, collect info, and set them upÂ
- Provide personalized product walkthroughs and trainingÂ
- Configure the product based on each practice’s needsÂ
- Be their go-to person for any questions or issuesÂ
- Set up regular check-in calls (weekly/bi-weekly) to guide and supportÂ
- Gather customer feedback & requirements, and share with the product teamÂ
- Be the customer’s advocate internally — ensuring smooth, end-to-end supportÂ

- Strong communicator — friendly, clear, and empatheticÂ
- Loves helping people and solving problemsÂ
- Comfortable working night shifts, with US-based customersÂ
- Familiar with tools like MS Office Suite, CRM and ChatGPTÂ
- Self-starter with a bias for actionÂ
