Description

🚀 We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager at OrthoBerry! 


This is a remote, full-time role — perfect for someone who loves working closely with customers, solving real problems, and being their go-to person for anything they need. 


You’ll work directly with orthodontic practices across the US — helping them get started, guiding them through product walkthroughs, setting things up to fit their workflow, and being their biggest champion within our team. 


What you’ll do 


  • Onboard new practices — send agreements, collect info, and set them up 
  • Provide personalized product walkthroughs and training 
  • Configure the product based on each practice’s needs 
  • Be their go-to person for any questions or issues 
  • Set up regular check-in calls (weekly/bi-weekly) to guide and support 
  • Gather customer feedback & requirements, and share with the product team 
  • Be the customer’s advocate internally — ensuring smooth, end-to-end support 


What we’re looking for 


  • Strong communicator — friendly, clear, and empathetic 
  • Loves helping people and solving problems 
  • Comfortable working night shifts, with US-based customers 
  • Familiar with tools like MS Office Suite, CRM and ChatGPT 
  • Self-starter with a bias for action
