Join the Origin team as an Investigator, specialized in Insurance Fraud. You will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent insurance claims. Utilizing investigative techniques such as surveillance, interviews, and evidence collection. You will gather pertinent information on the legitimacy of claims. Your duties include assessing claimants' backgrounds, verifying incident details, and documenting findings. This is a salaried position with competitive compensation and vast opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute thorough investigations on suspicious claims.
• Perform telephonic and field investigations.
• Review claim files to identify fraudulent red flags and trends.
• Obtain detailed recorded statements via phone and/or in person.
• Utilize investigative and interview techniques effectively.
• Evaluate, analyze, verify, and obtain material evidence relevant to the investigation.
• Locate, extract, and review data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy in findings.
• Ensure all investigative findings are properly and thoroughly documented in a timely manner.
• Facilitate and maintain effective professional communication by providing best-in-class service to both internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in private investigations.
• Knowledge of insurance fraud and claims processes working with SIU teams.
• Strong analytical skills to identify fraudulent activities.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough investigations and executing investigative techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel

Schedule

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Weekends as needed.
