Responsibilities

• Execute full investigations on suspicious claims
• Conduct thorough telephonic and field investigations and obtain detailed statements in Armenian and English
• Review claim files for fraudulent red flags and trends
• Utilize effective investigative techniques
• Evaluate, analyze, and verify material evidence
• Document findings accurately and promptly
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of field investigation experience
• Fluent in Armenian and English
• Knowledge in insurance fraud and claims process working with SIU teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in investigative techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel
