Description

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with insurance carriers, law firms, and corporate clients
  • Create and manage a database of high-value enterprise accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring long-term retention
  • Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and legal teams on tailored client solutions
  • Deliver product demos, renew contracts, and resolve complex client inquiries
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calling and direct sales efforts
  • Demonstrate our services through product demos tailored to client needs
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze client requirements and propose customized solutions based on their needs
  • Upsell additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities


Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B, commercial insurance, SIU, or legal sales roles
  • Strong understanding of claims, litigation support, and enterprise risk
  • Excellent client management and consultative sales skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and account-based strategies
  • Ability to handle complex negotiations with C-level stakeholders
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and organizational skills for effective client interactions
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Experience in cold calling and direct sales techniques
  • Must be willing to travel
