Orchard Veterinary Medical Center, a full service veterinary hospital in Westminster, CO is currently seeking a full time Client Care Receptionist to join our veterinary team. The receptionist is the first and last point of contact for all clients and leads the patient experience starting with compassionate care. Daily duties include:


Greet incoming and exiting patients following clinic protocols

Provide exemplary customer service!

Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states

Schedule appointments and procedures

Communicate effectively and appropriately with all clients and fellow staff at all times

Process payment transactions

Update information in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications include:


Previous medical facility experience, required

Previous EMR experience, required

Knowledge of basic medical terminology, required

Veterinary Hospital Experience, at least 2 years REQUIRED

Compassion and willingness to treat every client and their pet as family

Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn

This position is full time (minimum of 35 scheduled hours per week) and includes one later evening (7pm) shift as well as rotating Saturday mornings (8am-noon).
