Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Public Relations Manager to lead external communications efforts that elevate our brand, shape public perception, and support business growth. This role is responsible for crafting and executing PR strategies that amplify our voice in the market, manage our organizational narrative, and build strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between external messaging and internal culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to increase brand visibility and thought leadership in the software and engineering sectors.
• Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, executive messaging, and bylined articles that reflect the company’s mission, values, and innovations.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, influencers, and media outlets.
• Manage crisis communications and reputation management with speed, clarity, and integrity.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to align messaging across all channels.
• Support internal communications by ensuring employees are informed and aligned with external narratives.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy and messaging.
• Track and report on PR performance metrics, media impressions, and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR, preferably in a software, SaaS, or engineering-focused organization.
• Proven success in securing media coverage and managing brand reputation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of digital media, social platforms, and content strategy.
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
