Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and internal team members
  • Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing
  • Analyze client needs and match them with the most appropriate loan solutions
  • Manage the loan process to ensure smooth and timely closings
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
  • Meet or exceed individual production and performance goals


Requirements:

  • Active Loan Officer License (NMLS required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and close deals
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Preferred (NOT Required):

  • Experience in mortgage lending, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Existing referral network or book of business
  • Familiarity with loan products, guidelines, and the mortgage process

Salary

$36,000 - $300,000 per year
