This is an in-person position. Please note that we are not currently offering remote or hybrid opportunities for this role.

Responsibilities for Licensed Loan Officers (MLOs)

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing
• Analyze financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products
• Manage loan files and ensure smooth, timely closings
• Maintain consistent communication with all parties involved
• Meet or exceed production goals

Responsibilities for Entry-Level Candidates (Loan Officer Assistant → MLO Path)

• Collect, review, and organize client documentation
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to support the loan process
• Learn the mortgage process from application to closing
• Support pipeline management and ensure smooth transactions
• Work toward becoming a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Active MLO license OR strong interest in becoming licensed

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in mortgage lending, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Existing referral network or book of business (for licensed candidates)
• Administrative or support experience (for entry-level candidates)
