Outbound sales lead generation

We are early in the journey, growing like crazy, and looking for Sales Development Rep to take us to the next level.
The Sales Development Representative’s (SDR) job is to generate new business opportunities and fill the Optimum Conversion pipeline and that of our clients. This person is the tip of the spear on sales opportunities and will spend the majority of their time on outbound activity to cold prospects. Success in this role requires someone who is competitive, a fast learner and driven.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation
• Conduct and qualify introductory sales opportunities to be passed to Client Managers and Account Managers
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of new and qualified opportunities
• Achieve assigned metric targets via various prospecting methods
• Perform outbound email and telephone prospecting campaigns
• Answer incoming calls and emails from prospective clients
• Leverage LinkedIn for new business opportunities
• Some SDR/BDR experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Highly self-motivated with a client-first mentality
• Strong sense of responsibility and desire to hit goals
This is a salary + commission role
