Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pest Control Technician to join our team at Operation Kills Pest Control LLC. As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients by effectively eliminating pests and implementing preventive measures. Your exceptional skills in pest identification, treatment methods, and customer service will allow you to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and determine the most suitable treatment plan.
- Implement pest control strategies by applying appropriate pesticides, baits, and traps in accordance with safety guidelines and industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing recommendations for pest prevention.
- Document all services provided, including treatment plans, applications, and follow-up visits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in pest control techniques through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to learning.
- Knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective treatment methods.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and resources effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to various situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and crawl in confined spaces when necessary.
Compensation:
- $15 per hour starting pay
- Bonuses upon completing certain milestones.

Salary
