We value autonomy, curiosity, and having a good time.  We’re seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the Sales Operations role.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with data and enablement materials
  • Help define and document tactics for enterprise sales 
  • Serve as an expert user of HubSpot, ensuring its effective utilization by the sales team.
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue generation.
  • Oversee the organization, cleansing, and maintenance of sales data within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate and analyze sales performance reports and metrics to provide insights and drive informed decision making.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members on HubSpot usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HubSpot with other systems and tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in sales operations and implement solutions to optimize performance.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales operations, preferably in a technology driven environment.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM administration and proficiency in sales ops methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

Salary

$80,000 - $120,000 per year
