Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales/account management or client-facing role, preferably in the b2b Software industry
- Comfortable using AI tools and prompts; enjoys experimenting with AI tools
- Client-centric mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes
- Ability to understand and address clients' current and future business goals and challenges, translating them into relevant solutions and strategic account plans
- Deep curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding clients' needs to provide tailored solutions using the OpenTrack platform
- Impeccable attention to detail, with a passion for analyzing metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand clients' financial requirements
Responsibilities:
- As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to help clients grow their business and maximize the value they receive from OpenTrack. This involves gaining a deep understanding of their supply chain operations and collaborating with them to find innovative solutions
- You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in managing their experience
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations will be crucial to empower clients and strengthen their partnership with OpenTrack
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their account health, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address any concerns
- Leverage your knowledge of clients' businesses to identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, contributing to the growth of OpenTrack and increased value for our clients
