About Onwards HR Inc

Onwards HR is a passion-driven, venture-backed startup that's on a mission to help enterprise businesses streamline employee separations fairly and respectfully—and in compliance with corporate policy and employment laws. The Onwards HR compliance platform helps HR and legal teams simplify offboarding complexity. The platform automates admin tasks, mitigates risk, and reduces timelines and hard costs. Employee separations are personal, so it's important to get them right. Even the simplest offboarding mistake can hurt employees, leading to lawsuits and viral social media posts—and harming the company's reputation. Our mission is to help employers provide consistent, compliant, and compassionate employee exits in the US and abroad.
