This position is full-time in the office at the Onramp HQ in Austin, TX. As an Outbound SDR, you will join an exciting new team at a rapidly growing Series A startup. Over the past three quarters, we have established a successful Outbound Sales playbook led by some of our most tenured team members. We added two more quota-hitters in Q2, and are now ready to expand. Our Outbound team is a critical piece of the overall company growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting efforts via phone and email to generate new opportunities. We have all the tools! Hundreds of thousands of quality leads, an awesome parallel dialer, and a powerhouse marketing team to help with content creation.
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening to determine fit and interest in funding for their eCommerce business.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities using Salesforce to track progress.
  • Effectively communicate the OnRamp value proposition to prospects and handle objections professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with our outbound sales manager and marketing team to refine strategy, messaging, and tactics.

Experience

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles is great, but not required.

$50,000 - $70,000 per year
