Mental and Social Health Ambassador (MSHA) Responsibilities: MSHC members will be the mental and social health leaders at their respective sites. After their initial training, they will be equipped to work alongside site leadership to look at community and culture concerns, and find specific ways to infuse connection and social health into the fabric of the site. This will certainly include greeting youth as they come to the site and learning their names. It can include participating in staff meetings and trainings in order to share the voice of youth social health, elevating connection efforts across the site. Team Leaders will plan and coordinate quarterly member social gatherings, and attend monthly Team Leader meetings with Only7Seconds staff.
