Only Love Home Care has been serving Rio Grande Valley families for over 20 years. We specialize in skilled, compassionate care for medically complex patients across home care, hospice, and pediatric extended care. We're expanding our private duty nursing team and actively welcoming new graduates who are ready to build real clinical skills with a team that will invest in them.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their home
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and carry out individualized care plans under physician orders
• Communicate with families, physicians, and the care team on patient progress
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Follow agency protocols and Texas nursing practice standards

What we're looking for

• Active Texas LVN or RN license (or currently awaiting NCLEX results [apply now!])
• New graduates encouraged to apply! full training and orientation provided
• CPR/BLS certification required (or must obtain prior to start date)
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
