For more than 20 years, the Only Love family has cared for our Rio Grande Valley neighbors like they're our own. We're looking for a compassionate, dependable CNA to join our home health team and provide hands-on care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care in the client's home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers
• Take and record vital signs and report any changes in a client's condition to the nursing team
• Follow each client's individualized care plan and support their comfort, dignity, and independence
• Keep the home environment clean and safe by following infection control and hygiene protocols
• Document care accurately and communicate clearly with the nurse, family, and care team

What we're looking for

• Current Texas CNA certification in good standing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain it upon hire
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance
• Experience in home health preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• A caring, patient, and reliable heart for the people we serve

Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus and helps us serve our RGV families well.
