The Opportunity
As a Sales Associate at OneClick Data, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value they derive from our software solutions. Your primary focus will be to proactively acquire new clients through effective prospecting, while also nurturing relationships with our existing P&C insurance clients, especially those with experience in Claims insurance.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Sales team to develop and enhance sales strategies tailored to market opportunities and customer segments, with the objective of achieving company-wide revenue targets while actively managing and meeting individual sales quotas.
- Understand customer expectations, needs, and goals, and work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and deliver solutions that meet or exceed those expectations.
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and events to foster meaningful relationships, while strategically identifying and prioritizing high-potential clients through targeted prospecting efforts.
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects to uncover their business needs, key challenges, and decision-making drivers that influence purchasing behavior.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to support consistent growth.
- Confidently present and effectively demonstrate the value of OneClick Data’s solutions by clearly articulating how they address customer challenges, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Develop tailored proposals aligned with client needs, negotiate favorable terms, and drive the closure of mutually beneficial agreements that can support long-term partnerships and strategic growth.
- Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive growth, feedback, and account expansion.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not always required).
- Experience: 0–2 years, ideally in tech sales or customer-facing roles.
- Experience selling into the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry, especially in Claims is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience of access to high-ranking professionals in the P&C industry, with preference given to those with property claims expertise.
- Has a track record of exceeding revenue targets and carrying a quota.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Google Products.
- Remote work experience and the ability to work independently without the need for travel or office presence.
Compensation: Salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000, based on experience. This position will also provide an incentive base commission plan.
Benefits: OneClick Code offers unlimited PTO. While we are working toward offering health benefits starting July 1st, we currently provide a reimbursement program to help offset medical expenses for those who require health-related coverage.
