This Part-time Community Experience Liaison provides an excellent partnership journey and experience for Supporting Partners and Field Partners by developing and maintaining healthy intercultural relationships between the partners and all OneChild teams. This role guides the partners through the onboarding, envisioning, and emerging stages of development to become thriving communities with motivated Child Champions who actively engage in Bridgely cause communities they are passionate about. This role also provides training support, feedback, and reporting metrics to the partners to facilitate a deeper understanding and implementation of best practices.

  • Cultivate and nurture robust, intercultural relationships among Support Partners, Field Partners, and the OneChild team on Bridgely. Serves as the primary liaison throughout the partnership lifecycle. 
  • Guide partners through the comprehensive partner maturation model and training while proactively connecting them with additional resources or contacts for deeper support and development. 
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback, along with monthly detailed reporting metrics empowering partners to gain deeper insights and implement best practices effectively. 
  • Maintain meticulous records and efficiently manage tasks, deadlines, and workflows for OneChild on Bridgely partners using Hubspot and Salesforce, ensuring seamless coordination and organization. 
  • Facilitate effective communication between Support and Field Partners and the OneChild on Bridgely team, ensuring information, updates, and resources are conveyed clearly and are readily accessible. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Support and Field Partners to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations and communicate these valuable insights to the OneChild on Bridgely team, contributing to informed program development and continuous improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Community Experience and VP of Supporter Care & Experience. 
  • Part-time work of 25 hours per week.

  • Uses discretion in handling sensitive information. 
  • Commands the English language (written and verbal) and has superior knowledge of grammar, punctuation, usage, and spelling. 
  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritize well and gracefully handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. 


  • Associate Degree preferred but not required. 
  • Minimum of three to five years’ work experience. 

Working Environment/Physical Requirements 

The office is a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office/2 days remote). Multiple virtual and phone meetings are required. The nature of the position involves light physical effort with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, along with extended periods of keyboarding, desk work and variable sitting and standing for extended durations. 


$24.38 - $27.3 per hour
