WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role is based in Colorado Springs, CO, but may consider remote candidates. If selected for this role, it is expected that the candidate will be available to participate in all scheduled meetings (which includes multiple weekly virtual Zoom meetings) and other collaborative activities across the organization, some of which will be in-person at the home office in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will include up to 30% domestic and/or international travel to low-income communities with demanding, chaotic, and emotionally intense situations. Office environment with variable sitting and standing. Light physical effort with occasional lifting of 10-20 lbs. Must be able to work on a computer, continually use a keyboard/mouse, and sit at a desk for long periods of time.

This position is considered a full-time, exempt role. Final compensation will be based on candidate experience, skills, and employment status.
