GENERAL PURPOSE / SUMMARY STATEMENT

The Bridgely Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and contributing to the innovation of client care in a fast-paced start-up that is revolutionizing the non-profit sector. This role educates leaders of non-profit organizations on the Bridgely system and inspires them to become a pioneering partner that will create thriving Cause Communities on Bridgely. This role discovers client pain points, resolves their concerns, and provides an exceptionally relational and timely client experience for the goal of creating a global community of organizations on the Bridgely platform.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with and secure commitments from key decision-makers in other non-profit organizations as new Bridgely client partners, utilizing a moves management process.
  • Carry out moves management from lead through onboarding for potential client partners in the Bridgely pipeline utilizing HubSpot’s relationship management system and the Bridgely Partnership Process.
  • Strategize with and advise potential client partners on how their ministry can utilize Bridgely to meet their goals. 
  • Develop Bridgely’s presentation strategy by identifying trends that can improve the Bridgely presentation and onboarding procedures.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied through their launch on Bridgely, gaining feedback to help improve the onboarding process and the Bridgely application.

MANAGERIAL SCOPE: This position does not have supervisory responsibility or any direct reports.

 

EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING

Bachelor’s degree required

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience using a CRM is highly desired
  • At least five years of experience in Client Relationship Management and B2B sales
  • At least five years of experience in marketing and fundraising
  • Significant depth and/or breadth of expertise in the complex field of global poverty alleviation and donor development required

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role is based in Colorado Springs, CO, but may consider remote candidates. If selected for this role, it is expected that the candidate will be available to participate in all scheduled meetings (which includes multiple weekly virtual Zoom meetings) and other collaborative activities across the organization, some of which will be in-person at the home office in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will include up to 30% domestic and/or international travel to low-income communities with demanding, chaotic, and emotionally intense situations.  Office environment with variable sitting and standing. Light physical effort with occasional lifting of 10-20 lbs. Must be able to work on a computer, continually use a keyboard/mouse, and sit at a desk for long periods of time.

Bridgely and OneChild are committed to providing fair and transparent compensation in alignment with our mission and budget. OneChild administers employee benefits for both Bridgely and OneChild staff. As nonprofit organizations, we strive to offer a meaningful benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403b participation/match, PTO, a monthly cell phone stipend, and other perks (summer picnic, tuition assistance, fitness/wellness reimbursement, and paid volunteer time). This position is considered a full-time, exempt role. Final compensation will be based on candidate experience, skills, and employment status.  

Salary

$67,600 - $81,450 per year
